Bradken engaged us to develop an application to interface with their new Smartliner product. The new application was required to be an easy to use, responsive administration panel for mine site operators allowing them to get detailed location and equipment data via an intuitive dashboard.
The key component of their product was a smart senser plate for use within Iron Ore collection units. Data is sent remotely to a central communications unit and then to a dedicated server where it was plotted onto a number of performance graphs and rendered onto an interactive 3D model of each individual hopper.
The development uses bleeding edge WebGL technology that has given access to a huge number of users, across many bowser versions, many of whom are on quite low specification machines especially onsite.
